Time to Celebrate :)

We had so much fun this long weekend! We celebrated Valentine's day on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday :p. Riley cooked for me on Friday Fettucini Alfredo with shrimp on the top, so delicious.. then we went to nickle city had tons of fun playing! He also got me some beautiful flowers! I love them!! The colors are perfect!!





On Saturday we went to the BYU men's basketball game against the Air Force with my family, after the game we went with my parents to the Valentine's dinner and dance for couples in our Branch got gifts from our Hubbies :).

On Sunday I got to make cupcakes for the kids in my primary class, and a Birthday cake for my Mom and Dad, had a good time in church then back home to finish the Birthday cake.






We celebrated my parents Birthdays that Sunday and got to hangout with all my fam. we also watched the Olympics for a little bit I love figure skating :), and everyone loved my cake so I was very excited it turned out good :D.

Love is in the air!

February!! Oh joy one of my favorite months. Valentine's day has been one of my favorite days in the whole year. That day started being one of my favorite ones two years ago, when my loving husband asked me to be his girlfriend on February 12th and our first official date of being together was on Valentine's day! I just love ice skating! he also took me to our restaurant, the spaghetti factory, the first time he took me there was a week after we met on a blind date (thanks Laura & Kyle) he took me there to celebrate my birthday that was the next day,that being our first official date of meeting each other, and well what else can I say since then Valentine's has Rocked!!!





I also get to celebrate both of my parents birthday on February the 10th my dad's and the 12th my mom's. I love them so much we are so close, I can talk to them about anything they've always been there for me and my siblings, I couldn't had asked for better parents then them, and for sure not trading either! This is an exciting year for them too :) they get to celebrate their 25th year (silver) Wedding Anniversary!
I love going over there and just visiting with them, if I don't get to see them a day I always make sure I go the next day. I tell Riley that I didn't get to see my parents the day before or even that same day that I haven't seen them and he right away tells me "we better go visit them" :p He is so great!

For it being a short month its sure very busy, there's around 13 family birthdays in it and valentine's day plus all the valentine's activities, you can tell that love is in the air!

2010!

So far so good :). Tons of Birthdays this year that we get to celebrate!! Starting with Burnham's 2nd B-day Jan 4th, he is so big! When I got there in the afternoon I gave him his present and he opened it and was so excited with his new jeans and the coolest t-shirt I got him (he wore it for his b-day party) He had a blast at his birthday party at Chuck e Cheese, he totally knew it was his birthday too, Marna (his mom) would tell him, "if its your birthday raise your hand!" he would raise both hands as high as he could :p. He was so excited to see chuck e cheese that he went running to get closer then he got a better view of him and got so scared! he tried running back and away from him and some people were in his way he was about to cry cuz he couldn't get away far enough, it was funny. Then he didn't want to even be close to him I was holding him and Marna was trying to get a picture of him and chuck e cheese and he hung on to me so tight to make sure I wasn't gonna let him go. He did had a blast playing, he loves cars those were his favorite ones, he loved his cupcakes and the cars he got.... yes the cars covered in frosting! so funny!

Then it was my mother-in-law's birthday yesterday Jan, 6th and my cousin Gina's birthday that same day :). I'm so excited to celebrate Laurie's birthday on Saturday, can't wait for her to see the present we picked out for her :). Its gonna be fun. Well I hope everyone that's having or had a birthday this month has a lot of fun and gets to celebrate it with their Family and Friends :)
